BREAKFAST: Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Granola

Granola recipe 2.0!! (It looks pretty much the same as the toasted coconut and almond granola, so I neglected to include a picture.)
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the oats, nuts, seeds, sea salt, coconut flakes, ground flax seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
Add the honey, vanilla extract, and coconut oil (**in that order**) and mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring the mixture halfway.
Once the granola has cooled, add in the cranberries.
